OUR THE MIAMI DATA, AI & TECH COHORT, IN A NUTSHELL

It’s simple! We connect industry experts (OUR MENTORS) with MENTEES (possibly you!) for a period of SIX MONTHS. If you are selected as a mentee in this cohort, you will be invited to meet your assigned mentor at least 3 TIMES (ideally, in person) during the course of the program, for a cup of coffee (or any other drink of your choice!) to start the conversation.

We provide meaningful opportunities for emerging talent to connect with and learn from experienced leaders across their industry. In the upcoming Miami Data, AI & Tech cohort, we’ve brought together mentors from across the industry, including experts in data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, software engineering, product development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, digital transformation, and even the business and strategy side of data — and much more.

TO PARTICIPATE:

• We ask that you live in or around the MIAMI METROPOLITAN AND SURROUNDING AREAS so you can attend our cocktails and participate in other events organized in person in MIAMI.
• Have a look at our amazing ROSTER OF MENTORS.
• Have approximately 7-10 years of professional work experience (*if you have less or more, that’s OK, too. It’s the quality of the application that matters!)
• Complete the application below by AUGUST 31st 2025. Applications OPEN SOON.
• If you are selected as a mentee, we ask that you make a one time $70 membership donation to support the administration costs of the program including recruitment of mentors and mentees, coordination of events and general management of the organization. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

• Our selection committee will regroup once the application period closes, and you’ll hear from us the mid September with our decision.
• Got in? Amazing! You’ll meet your mentor at our Launch Cocktail, so go ahead and SAVE THE DATE: October (exact date TBD)
• Then, the 6-month Mentoro journey begins! But don’t worry, you won’t be navigating this alone. We’ll check in personally (yes, we’ll even call you!) to make sure your mentorship is running smoothly and helping you grow.
