NOW OPEN: TRAVEL & HOSPITALITY MIAMI COHORT

It’s simple! For the last 10 years, we’ve connected industry experts, our MENTORS, with MENTEES (possibly you!) for a period of SIX MONTHS. You can meet the mentors of our Travel and Hospitality cohort HERE. If you are selected as a mentee in this cohort, you will be invited to meet your assigned mentor at least 3 TIMES (ideally, in person) during the course of the program, for a cup of coffee (or any other drink of your choice!) to start the conversation.

In this TRAVEL AND HOSPITALITY MIAMI cohort, we’ve brought together mentors from across the industry, including experts in strategy, marketing, human resources, logistics, event management, finance, e-commerce, sales, technology — and much more.

TO PARTICIPATE AS A MENTEE:

• Our Travel and Hospitality Miami program will target young professionals working across all areas of the travel and hospitality industry.
• We ask that you live in or around the MIAMI-FORT LAUDERDALE so you can attend our cocktails and participate in other events organized in person.
• Have between 7-12 years of professional work experience (*if you have less or more, that’s OK, too. It’s the quality of the application that matters!)
• Complete the application below by the DEADLINE: AUGUST 31 2026. 
• If you are selected as a mentee, we ask that you make a one time application fee of $80 that is donated to Mentoro 501(c)3. More information on benefits of being a mentee HERE.

TO PARTICIPATE AS MENTOR:

• The best career advice often comes from someone who didn’t have to give it. Mentoro exists to create those moments: connecting emerging professionals with experienced leaders who are ready to share what they know.
• We’re building our Travel & Hospitality Miami cohort now and recruiting mentors who want to make a meaningful impact. If this resonates, we would love to have you at the table. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

• Our selection committee will regroup once the mentee application period closes, and you’ll hear from us by the end of September with our decision.
• Got in? Amazing! You’ll meet your mentor at our Launch Cocktail in OCTOBER in Miami.
• Then, the 6-month Mentoro journey begins! But don’t worry, you won’t be navigating this alone. We’ll check in personally (yes, we’ll even call you!) to make sure your mentorship is running smoothly and helping you grow.
